Abdominal pain is considered dangerous in the following cases:
- Sudden and severe pain, accompanied by vomiting, blood in stool or urine, chest pain, or difficulty breathing.
- Persistent pain lasting more than 6 hours.
- Pain that worsens when touching the abdomen or if the pain moves from the navel to the lower right abdomen, which may indicate appendicitis.
- Abdominal swelling, inability to pass stool, or severe constipation.
