How do i know if i should stop exercising and consult a doctor?

Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you notice:

  • Trouble walking.
  • Strong back, pelvic, or chest pain.
  • Dizziness, fainting, or headaches.
  • Palpitations or shortness of breath.
  • Severe fatigue or muscle weakness.
  • Contractions or abdominal cramping.
  • Swelling of the face, hands, legs or feet.
  • Vaginal bleeding, fluid leakage, or decreased baby movements.
