Can exercise help reduce swelling in legs and feet?

Swelling is common during pregnancy, and exercise can help reduce it.

  • Walking: Try 5–10 minutes, 2–3 times a day to improve circulation.
  • Foot exercises: Sitting or standing, move your feet to boost blood flow and reduce cramps. For example:
    • Flex and point your toes up and down 30 times.
    • Rotate each foot in circles 8 times in each direction.
